Temple of Mahadeo or mata
Description
This is a Shaivite temple. It consists of a shrine and a porch with four pillars on plan. It is built of stone in dry masonry. Doorjambs are beautifully carved with the figure of gods and goddesses, couples etc. The lalata bimba has the image of Uma-Maheshwar. The ceiling of sanctum has an intricately carved lotus design. (Chadella period. )
