The Siva temple at Sakor stands on a large platform and comprises of a square sanctum preceded by an oblong closed mandapa. Its podium replicates the mouldings of the Gupta temple at Bhumra while its doorframe too is largely similar with three sakhas but replaces the sakha by a twisted garland in the place of srivriksha motif. The central figure on the lintel here is a ten-armed Natesa showing advanced iconography. This temple has lost the top courses of the jangha with its roof and a portion of the mandapa. Its affinity to the Bhumra temple in many aspects added to its advanced inconography indicated that the temples is later by a decade or two and may date from the close of the fifth Century A.D.
