This temple is located about 183 m. south-east of the Chtragupta temple of western group of temples, the Chopra tank is square on plan and a three storied stepped tank, in the middle of this tank a temple is built, this temple remains underwater for a longer period of the year so it can be called as the underwater temple of the Khajuraho. The temple is made of sandstone. Now this temple and tank is in ruined condition. It dates from circa 11th Century C.E.
